Getting Started

Skip multiplayer for a minute. Go straight into Free Play to figure out how the car drifts and hits the ball. Focus on grabbing orange boost pads along the floor. Learning to time a quick front-flip right before hitting the ball gives shot power a massive kick.

Going Aerial

Ground shots only get players so far. After that, flying takes over. You need to combine jumping and boosting to catch high balls mid-air before anyone else reaches them. Toggle Ball Cam during fast plays, too. Keeping the view locked on the ball stops players from getting disoriented while rushing back on defence.

Expanding the Trophy Room

• Wild Game Modes: To keep the pitch from feeling repetitive, Turball.io features several alternate match types. You can swap the traditional goals for massive basketball hoops in Hoops mode, or trade the bouncy ball for a heavy, sliding puck on an icy floor in Snow Day mode.
• The Long-Term Grind: The game does a fantastic job of rewarding your time on the pitch through the Turball Pass and a rotating Item Shop. As you rack up wins and clear daily challenges, you will unlock hard-earned currency to deck out your garage. You can customise everything from your chassis decals and rim styles to the custom colored smoke trail your boost leaves behind. Best of all, you can unlock rare "Goal Explosions" that trigger massive graphical blasts inside the net whenever you score.

Master the Playbook

The controls are sharp and highly responsive, mapped intuitively for both traditional PC setups and mobile screens:

For PC / Laptop Players:

• Steering & Gas: W, A, S, D (or Arrow Keys)
• Nitro Boost: Hold Left Click (or Left Shift)
• Jump / Flip: Right Click (or K). Tap twice quickly while holding a directional key to flip and dodge.
• Ball Cam Toggle: Spacebar (locks your camera angle directly onto the ball)
• Handbrake / Drift: Left Ctrl (crucial for making tight, sudden turns)

For Mobile / Tablet Players:

• Steering: Virtual thumb joystick on the left side of the screen.
• Actions: Dedicated touchscreen buttons for Jump, Boost, and Ball Cam placement on the right side.
